Shelley
Callahan – Advisory Board Chair Shelley joined BeautiControl strictly as a wholesale buyer, holding Spas just for the extra income and fun prizes. But after burning out in the mental health profession, she became a BeautiControl consultant full-time and now says she’s ‘totally addicted’ to the lifestyle BeautiControl allows her to have. She has been involved in WHO fundraising events, holding raffles and silent auctions at Unit meetings since the beginning of her BeautiControl career. “I’m honored to represent the company through the WHO Advisory Board. I support the mission of Women Helping Others and want to advocate for this program and all it represents. I feel proud to be part of a company that has a philanthropic outreach like WHO and am committed to helping grow the foundation.” |

Bobbi Hood - Chair Elect Bobbi joined BeautiControl in 1987 and became a Director in1993. She has traveled the world, earned amazing gifts including jewelry and a Lexus. She is honored to be a Senior Trainer and Senior Executive Director, but the highlight of her BeautiControl career was receiving the Spirit of BeautiControl Award at Celebration 2004. She is passionate about sharing the BeautiControl experience and WHO Foundation mission. “I’m committed to making a difference in the lives of others. I’m blessed with the opportunity BeautiControl has given me to touch lives through our spa experience, wonderful products and the life-changing opportunity that fosters personal growth and leadership development. I knew how special WHO was as soon as it was introduced at my New Director Training by Jinger Heath. I’m honored to serve on the WHO Advisory Board. I want to accomplish greater awareness in my Unit, community and the world.” |

Marcos Fernandez Marcos began the BeautiControl Director in Qualification process while studying to become a drama teacher. Once he graduated, he concentrated full time on his BeautiControl business. Now as a Mustang Director, Marcos has parlayed his success into purchasing his own home, as well as taking relaxing trips to Hawaii, San Francisco and Atlantis in the Bahamas. Feeling blessed and knowing first-hand how BeautiControl and WHO changes lives, Marcos wants to reach out to organizations in his community as well as create awareness for WHO. “Being a part of WHO is a great honor. Anything within my grasp that I can do to help increase fundraising and to support local charities will be a great achievement for me. I’m also going to do all I can to increase awareness and let other people and Consultants know what kind of organization we are and how everyone can get involved and make a difference.” |

Annie Kleoppel
BeautiControl Director Annie Kleoppel thought she knew the value of a dollar. She grew up as one of nine children. But it wasn’t until she was introduced to the W.H.O. Foundation that she really learned the significant impact just one dollar could make. Annie has always been an advocate for W.H.O., giving generously and encouraging her team to do the same. The money she receives from spa socks at her spas goes directly to W.H.O. “It is my goal to open the eyes and hearts of those I meet along my journey. I want to help them understand the impact their one dollar will have when they pay it forward. It is my mission to help better one life at a time through spa, and $1 at a time.” |

Janice Lancaster Janice has been a living example of her belief in giving back. She began her fundraising efforts as a child; and likewise when her son was 6 years old, she got him involved in a bike-a-thon that led to her 13 years with Relay for Life. She has chaired their survivor events for 12 years and helped develop the “Look Good, Feel Good” program for women going through the side effects of cancer treatment. She co-founded “Tea For the Cure,” an event that honors survivors as models in their fashion show during the tea. Tea For the Cure has raised $100,000 in its first 5 years and is being launched regionally in preparation for becoming a fundraising event nationally – a dream come true for Janice. “I love creating awareness of the WHO foundation by supplying cancer patients with our Well Beauty Book. I’m proud of the information made available for women and their needs during their fight against cancer. I believe we don’t give to get, but in giving we get. Thanks to WHO we all get to do that and teach others the joy of giving back.” |

Liz Licavoli As a mother of four, when Liz joined BeautiControl more than 20 years ago she wanted the ability to work around her kids’ activities. But she also wanted to be in a business that changed women’s lives for the better. Along with her WHO chairperson and team, she has been involved with many projects and fundraisers in her community to raise money for WHO. WHO honored the Youth on their Own organization in her Tucson community with a $25,000 donation. “I am honored to be on the WHO Advisory Board. I love that it touches so many lives that other wise would not be given the help they need. I would like to continue to raise awareness of this incredible organization.” |

Paula Lindsay Paula Lindsay worked in corporate America for 24 years before she found BeautiControl. Paula left her career in 2007 to passionately work her BeautiControl business and never looked back. Paula grew up with a disabled parent and because of this, she knows the impact others can make on the lives of people in need. Now, she wants to give back, and W.H.O. is the perfect opportunity. At every Team Rally, she is dreaming up new ideas to help raise money for W.H.O. “Being a part of the W.H.O. Advisory Board is just one more way I can give back just a little of the support I have received throughout my life.” |

Elsie Morris As one of four generations of her family in BeautiControl, Elsie Morris has commended the efforts of W.H.O. from the very beginning. For the past 21 years, Elsie has been a BeautiControl Consultant, and now a Director, and supported W.H.O. every step of the way. She’s walked in nearly every W.H.O. walk at Celebration, held auctions benefiting W.H.O at Team Rallies and participates in the monthly commission deduction. Helping others is a joy for Elsie and for several years, she has been a volunteer, giving makeovers for Look Good Feel Better Program with the American Cancer Society. “I have admired the purpose of W.H.O. since its inception and feel honored to work with so many dedicated people. It will be my aim to continually promote the W.H.O. Foundation.” |

Mayra Otero Helping women is one of Mayra Otero’s passions in life, and she wants to share that passion with others. That’s why she joined BeautiControl. Before BeautiControl, Mayra worked 10-12 hour days as a bank officer. Today, she is a BeautiControl Executive Director and proud member of the WHO Advisory Board, and loving every minute of it. “I am looking forward to helping women and their families by motivating more people to contribute to the W.H.O. Foundation. I want to be known as a person who gives. I want to give trust, belief and care to those who are in need. This is the best gift you can give.” |

Martha Roberts Martha is very familiar with the generosity of the WHO Foundation, and has played a part in awarding organizations in her town of Augusta, Ga., grants totaling $42,000. She joined BeautiControl in 1988 while still working as a real estate agent. With strong determination she rose to Director in 1989 and Executive Director in 1991. She wants to help accomplish the WHO Foundation’s goals of the next two years. I am humbled to have been asked (to join the WHO Advisory Board) and will be proud to serve! It is always a little scary to do something new, but I have learned through BeautiControl that I can walk through the fear and find something beautiful on the other side. When I talk about WHO at my Spas, I say that of all the things I love about my job, I am most proud of the WHO Foundation and that I represent a company who really gives back to women and children in need.” |

Jennifer Rousseau Jennifer Rousseau makes a conscious effort to give back. She has partnered with several programs in her area to help foster an environment where women and children in need can feel good about themselves. Since joining BeautiControl, Jennifer has regularly contributed to the W.H.O. Foundation and holds raffles and silent auctions at her Team Rally each month. “Creating more awareness of how a simple deed or small contribution can make a huge difference in the life of a person is something I want to accomplish. It’s not always the big steps that are impactful; it’s the one act of kindness that is needed.” |

Margie Takach In 2005, Margie Takach joined BeautiControl. Little did she know, she received an opportunity that would change her life. Margie became interested in being a part of W.H.O. at her first Celebration. Every month since she has been a Director, her team holds a W.H.O. drawing at their Team Rallies and donates the money to W.H.O. “It is so rewarding to be a part of a company that so generously gives back to women and children in need. I want to help motivate and inspire others to give to W.H.O.; we can continue to touch even more lives. With passion, I know we can do more to help those who otherwise would not be given the help they need.” |
